Protecting your privacy is important to us and we recognize that your information must be used responsibly. The following statement will help you understand how Learning Qigong collects, uses and safeguards your personal information. What information is collected?

For each visitor to our site, Learning Qigong automatically recognizes only the customer’s IP address, not the individual’s email address.

Email addresses are collected from those who purchase products via this web site. These email addresses are used for Learning Qigong internal use and customer communication only. Learning Qigong also collects information volunteered by the customer such as survey results and/or site registrations. The survey information collected is used solely for internal review. This voluntarily provided information is used to improve the content of Learning Qigong’s web site and is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

Occasionally, Learning Qigong may contract with third parties who assist in maintaining and managing customer information solely for the purposes of promotion fulfillment and customer communication. Learning Qigong collects information such as the customer's IP address and click-stream information. This information is for Learning Qigongs internal use only and is used to improve the Learning Qigong web site shopping experience, estimate the number of Learning Qigong web site users, track each customer's use of the web site and the web site's aggregate traffic patterns. Learning Qigong does not authorize these third parties to use Learning Qigong’s customer information for any purpose other than that stated above.

If you do not want your information shared, do not want to receive email, or no longer want to be on our mailing list, please submit your email request to info@learningqigong.com, and type "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line. You can also make your request by calling 650-359-9130 and leaving your name and address and asking to be removed. Please provide your exact name, postal address and email address so that your request can be effectively processed. Please let us know if you wish to remain on any Learning Qigong list or wish to completely be removed from any email and subscription list.
